The RCA 9Y510 is an AC operated combination automatic phonograph and BC band receiver. The turntable is a 45 RPM ,model RP-190-1, which holds up to twelve 7 inch fine groove records. The plastic cabinet color is maroon. Uses Qty(1) 5" x 7" PM speaker.
The BC band frequency range is 540 to 1600kHz. Uses Qty(2) #1490 dial lamps.
This early production version uses chassis RC-1077A. The late production version uses chassis RC-1077C, which has a rim mounted speaker instead of a pot mounted speaker and also has a tuning condenser with a longer shaft which allows use of a different type of drive cord tension spring.
