This was supplied in kit form.

The transformer mounts protruding through the base and unearthed, this does NOT conform to CURRENT Australian wiring standards. The base is a single-sided piece of phenolic resin board, not epoxy/fiberglass. The heading says that this is for 6 and 9-volt radios but the instructions allow for use with a 4.5-volt radio. Using terminals 10 and 13 gives slightly over 12 volts. Presumably, 3 volts could be produced by using Terminals 11 and 12.

A small box is provided with the kit.
