  • The DMDC05 is a modern FM data decoder for FM stereo broadcasting. It demodulates the RDS data, VRF (TA) signals and additional digital information of the 57 kHz subcarrier. The area of ​application extends from the development, production, monitoring and troubleshooting of RDS systems in the radio sector. The data can be fed in via the MPX signal.

    A complete FM data system can be set up using a PC and a DMC 05 data encoder (the later series model was the encoder DMC 09). The measurement results and RDS information are shown on 2 displays and via status display LEDs Data format: ASCII, internal 16-bit processor Operation can be carried out in the following way:

    - Manual operation on the front panel with status display
    - Remote control with feedback sockets X10 + X11
    - Dialogue operation via terminal or PC (RS-232-C interface) Socket x6 to x9

    - MPX input symmetrical x 12
    - Data input-output coaxial x 14
