    Frontally, on the left, power on/off and volume knob and, below, tone low or high selector switch; on the right, the scale, vertical, with a red tuning indicator diode on the pointer. On the right side is the tuning knob and on the left side the socket for the power cable. On the upper side, band selector and telescopic antenna, external at rest, rotatable only in one plane. On the rear side, earphone jack, mains voltage selector switch and access to the battery compartment.
