Walnuß-Öl ist eine Delikatesse, z.B. für Salate. Soll aber auch gut sein, um Radiogehäuse wieder zu altem bzw. neuem Glanz zu verhelfen. Das Öl härtet aus und bildet keine schmierige Oberfläche.
Etwas skeptisch ist man schon bei so einer Empfehlung. Also gut, suchen wir uns ein "Opfer" aus und machen einen Test.

Und nun nach der "Behandlung"
Zum Verreiben des Öls tut ein Blatt (Papier) von einer Küchenrolle gute Dienste. Das Öl kriecht durch die Risse im Lack auch unter diesen, so daß "Flecken" die zunächst entstehen mögen, weil das Öl nicht gleich überall hinkommt, schließlich verschwinden.
Die Struktur des Holzes ist wieder sehr schön zu sehen. Es muß allerdings nicht unbedingt "Bio Walnuß-Öl" dafür verwendet werden.
