  • The Silvertone 1592 (Early version) is an AC operated 6 tube BC band receiver.

    The Late version uses a 58 mixer tube in place of the 57 tube and added a 5th tuned circuit on the secondary of the 2nd IF transformer, thus increasing the selectivity.
