The Sears Silvertone 1820 is an AC operated 7 tube BC and SW band receiver.

Catalog states: Has the new Silvertone automatic volume control, tone control and automatic aerial switch.
The cabinet is of beautifully matched walnut veneers with instrument panel of Claro veneers and ebonized inlays, the sides of the front being finished in beautiful sliced, striped walnut with Madrone burl border at top. Remainder has rich walnut finish.
