  • The Sears Silvertone 2203 is a battery operated 7 transistor portable AM band receiver. Uses Qty(1) 9V mercury battery.  Has push-pull output stage and earphone jack that disconnects the speaker for private listening.  Also has black plastic cabinet with silver color trim.  Was sold with plastic carrying case and earphone.

    The SAMS TSM-85 calls out models 7202, 7203 and 7204. However the SAMS index for model 2203 refers to TSM-85 and so therefore is applicable for this model also.
