- The Silvertone model 6047 resp. 6046 with chassis 101.512 are battery operated pre war radios without integrated record player. The model 6046 is the version for a dry battery for the heaters ("A") and this model 4047 is for a 4-volt storage battery for the heaters. Both types use B and C dry batteries. Bias Cells 3 Volt. They are otherwise the same.
But the same model designation 6046 with chassis 528.34900 is an AC operated radio with 3 speed automatic record changer from the 1950s.
