  • The Sears Silvertone 42201 is a battery operated 7 transistor AM receiver.  AM band frequency tuning range is 530 - 1630kHz. Uses Qty(6) 1.5V "C" size batteries.  Cabinet is saddle-stitched leatherette with silver color trim. Has separate oscillator stage and push-pull output stage.  Also has earphone jack which disconnects speaker for private listening.
