The Sears Silvertone 7143A is an AC operated 5 tube BC and SW band receiver.
Band Frequency Ranges are as follows:
BC Band.............540-1720kHz
SW Band............5.5-16.0MHzChassis and schematic used in this model also used in model 7143A and 1743A. Riders Sears 7-64 schematic is for models 1743A and 7140 but Sears Silvertone Service Manual 1928 thru 1936 confirms that models 7140 and 7143A use the same schematic, thus Riders schematic is valid for this model.
