This very special looking model 375 with chassis 58A is sometimes also called 58A-375 Jet was also sold as 5803 in different colors.
Update: It is now clear as more examples have come to light, that the radio listed as "Model 58A-375" by Mark Stein was actually model 5803, chassis style 58A, serial number 375.
