No tuning scale light, but neon bulb as indicator for on/off.
The mains voltage selector has only 2 positions: 125 and 220 Volt. To select 110 or 200 Volt, R38 has to be shorted and the labels on the selector switch have to be exchanged.
This model is based on the chassis of model Philips 203U.
