Commercial issue made by Signalling Equipment Ltd., Potters Bar, Middlesex, England. Used for multiple applications including GPO. Unusual in that the base is cast iron, marked "L38" on the frame and the arm. Other markings for example "Y64", are known. Black and nickel finish, Silver contacts. Export code 279/DC/163/16. A nice little key. Number K6 in my collection.
