  • Model: KIT 150004 - Silco Sil.Co, Silvio Costa;
  • Shape
  • Very small Portable or Pocket-Set (Handheld) < 8 inch.
  • Dimensions (WHD)
  • 123 x 75 x 38 mm / 4.8 x 3 x 1.5 inch
  • Notes
  • Same chassis of the Geloso Polaris G3303.

    The PCB of the SILCO KIT has GELOSO name and the number 150004. This chassis is equipped with 3 drift type transistors in the RF-stages (OC170 as converter and 2 OC169 as IF-transistors). The only differences from Geloso G3303 are that the KIT doesn't have the damping diode 1G85 and I have found a 2k7 ohm resistor instead of 4k7 ohm resistor in the AGC-circuit.

    The case of the SILCO KIT is made of pressed strong cardbord and seems to be covered with a very thin layer of polyvinyl chloride (vipla in Italian language).
