This is a Sparton AM radio with a metal chrome cabinet and unknown model number. Suspect that the output tube is missing from the tube lineup, which might be a 1Q5GT tube, since the tube socket for the missing tube is for an octal tube and there are models from other manufacturers who used a 1Q5GT tube with the 1R5, 1T4 and 1S5 tubes.
