This model is very similar to the Lloyd's 9N11B-120A except that the Lloyd's does not have a dial cover. Also very similar to Koyo KTR-1664 BFO. Koyo is believed to be the manufacturer and they also may have made similar models branded by Midland, Truetone, and Commodore.
