The STC STAR (Standard Telephones Advanced Radiotelephone) Mobile equipment is a frequency modulated solid state mobile radio transmitter-receiver operating in the u.h.f. range of 450 to 470 MHz. It is suitable for installation in all vehicles and for operation in a wide range of mobile radiotelephone systems.
