      A BC portable radio having seven transistors and two diodes housed in leather cabinet; lift-up rear flap for quick battery change. Finish: grey or tan with gold finished metal trim.

    Features: inbuilt magnetic rod aerial of new design; provision for external aerial. Temperature compensation on all stages. Improved AGC circuits; negative feed-back. Speaker 7" x 5".

    Manufacturer states most service operations including realignment can be carried out without removing chassis from cabinet. Tuning range 530-1620 kC/s (kHz). Operates from one Eveready Type 276P (9V) battery; battery life claimed - 200 hours at average 2 hours a day.
