As an alternative to te Lorenz AW43-20 Cathode Ray Tube, the chassis is fitted withan AWV Type 17HP4B CRT (American manufactured). The chassis apart from two (2) minor changes to the CRT, circuit is unchanged from T171/2 chassis. For details of the circuit change reference should be made to the T171 Service Notes.
