Geringfügig veränderte Weiterentwicklung des Stern-Party, z.B. veränderte Umschalttaste. Stromversorgung mit 2 Flachbatterien 3R12, verschiedene Gehäusefarben.
Ab März 1974 wird eine neue Leiterplatte verwendet mit eisenloser Endstufe, Lautsprecher LP553-15 (15 Ω) und anderen Transistoren (gt322, gt322, mp20, mp20, mp20, mp20), die dann auch im neuen Modell Stern-Party 1200 (R120-32) zum Einsatz kommt.
