Stern 2 ist gemäss "radio und fernsehen" Nr. 19-1961, Seite 615 der Vorgänger von *Stern 4* und auf dem Chassis des Stern 1 aufgebaut. Die Transistoren des HF-Teils sind in die Röhrenfassung eingelötet.
Das Gerät wurde in der franz. Zeitschrift "Le Haut-Parleur" zum Salon 1962/1963 vorgestellt.
