I have a radio with the same cabinet, but it must be a Model 55 or 56, as it has a different tube complement: 78, 6A7, 2A5, 2A5, 55, 58, 2B7, 5Z3. I know these are correct, as they are shown on the original factory labels. The 6th Edition of the Mallory Radio Service Encyclopedia lists Models 55/56 with that tube compliment.
