Stromberg-Carlson Model CC60/23 "Conqueror"
A 23" de luxe console TV receiver having aluminised electrostatic-focus tube, 14 valves, six germanium, two silicon diodes, one thermistor. Cabinet on castors, finished in maple, walnut or rosewood.
Features: Aerial input 300 ohms. Frame-grid cascode turret tuner for 10 channels. Frame-grid IF valve. Keyed, gated AGC; gated flywheel sync. DC-coupled video amplifier; adjustable noise gate. Swing-down chassis for easy servicing; detachable plug in turret control bracket. Speaker: front mounted on inclined baffle, Rola 5-7H.
Controls: illuminated channel selector fine tuning; on-off/volume, vert. hold, brightness contrast. Preset rear; horiz. hold, horiz. linearity, focus volts, noise gate, vert. size, vert. linearity (2), fringe area control, local/fringe switch. (FROM MINGAY'S PRICE SERVICE)
