    The R-77 is the receiver for radio set ARC-3.
    It provides 8 selectable crystal controlled channels and tunes itself to the desired frequency. It is powered from 28 VDC. 200V supply is provided from dynamotor DY-22 as a part of power junction box J-68.

    Variants:
    R-77A/ARC-3 with IF output (near ANT receptacle) for operation of a guard channel converter
    R-77B/ARC-3 (or R-77A with Mod. M-2) provides tuning inhibit during warm-up.
