• The rectangular amplitude, width, delay and repetition are continuously adjustable. The frequency range is 0.1 Hz-10MHz. The outputs are designed for a 50 ohm resistance load. For the transistor type 2N6305, the types 2N3646, MPS3646 or ME9021 have also been installed.
