  • The 284 pulse generator is a calibrator, intended to provide signals to perform a complete check of vertical stages and horizontal sweep of high speed and sampling oscilloscopes.
    It generates square waves with periods of 10, 1 and 0.1 microseconds and sine waves of 100 and 1000 MHz. As pulse generator it provides 20 microseconds pulses with a risetime better than 70 ps.
