The Tektronix P6021 is a 125-turn AC oscilloscope probe. It can be used as an oscilloscope slot with the included passive termination box (011-0105-00), a Type 134 current probe amplifier or a 3A9 or 7A14 current probe amplifier.
Bandwidth <= 52 MHz.
The P6021 has a contact that can be used to short the ring around the BNC input of the 7A14 to switch frequency compensation and gain.
