Active FET Probe for series 7000 scopes or 475/485 type with probe power output.
For scopes without this facility, a probe power supply 1101 shall be used.Unity gain at DC to 900 MHz with input impedance 100 kOhm || 3 pF. Additional attenuator heads x10 or x100 can be plugged to provide 1 MOhm || 1.5 pF input impedance and to increase max. input voltage.
An adjustable DC offset keeps the probe amplifier within its suitable dynamic range.
The probe includes a locking-type BNC connector which provides scale-factor readout to the scope.
