Active FET Probe from DC to 500 MHz with fixed 10:1 attenuator.
This model is the successor of P6202 FET Probe. It can be used with series 7000 scopes or with 475/485 type that provide probe power output.
Otherwise a separate probe power supply 1101 is necessary.Input Impedance 10 MOhm || 2 pF.
Input Dynamic Range +/- 6 V
DC Offset Range +/- 55 V with coarse / fine adjust.
