  • Notes
  • The Tektronix AM-6565/U, 7A15AN11 is the US military version of a 7A15 amplifier without a display. The AM-6565/U is built completely discrete (i.e. no integrated circuits), primarily from BJTs, with a dual JFET as a front-end buffer.  It can be used in any 7000-Series oscilloscope, although for US military usage, the AN/USM-281C (7603NMS) oscilloscope was specified for this plug-in.

    Bandwidth:    0 – 80 MHz (DC), 1 Hz – 80 MHz (AC)
