• The Tektronix PG 506 is a 1MHz calibration generator plug-in for the TM500 system.

  It replaces the 067-0502-01 in standard amplitude mode and the 106 in fast rise and high amplitude modes.

  There are (at least) two versions of the PG 506. The older version has two relays that switch a low pass (noise filter) into the 10V range and below. The new version only has a capacitor across the output for these ranges.
