The Tektronix P6156 is a compact, high-speed, passive voltage probe with low input capacitance and constant input resistance over a wide frequency range from DC to 3.5 GHz. It is designed for use with wideband oscilloscope amplifiers with 50 Ω inputs, such as the Tektronix 11000 series oscilloscopes with the 11A71 plug-in.
