  • The Tektronix P6048 (010-0215-00) is a ×10, 1 kΩ, ≤1 pF passive probe that is switchable for AC or DC coupling. It was originally designed for use with the Type 454 and Type 647A, but can be used with any oscilloscope with appropriate input impedance.
