Is there a difference between the Telefunken Andante 1352 and the Andante 5353W? The schematics look identical. Is it possible one is for the local German market and the other is for international market?

I need help to identify this component labelled "4.7 nS" in a 5353W Andante. I think it is a capacitor however the unit "nS" confuses me.

Two questions please.. What is the difference between the Andante and the Gavotte? Also, the are two filter cans, one is marked 50/ 50. What is in the other? Mine has no markings and it is getting warm so I know it is failing.
Many thanks,
Donald
