Bitte um Hilfe! Seit einger Zeit lässt sich die Lautstärke (W69) nicht mehr auf "Null" regeln, sondern es ist stets ordentlich etwas zu hören. Auch ist es nicht möglich, die Lautstärke voll aufzudrehen; kein vernünftiger Klang, alles hört sich blechern an. Zudem kommt hinzu, dass der Höhenregler (W25) Einfluss auf die Lautstärkeregelung nimmt und zwar wird die Lautstärke geringer. Wer kann mir Rat geben?
