Dual-Weston-cell primary voltage reference.
1.01859 volts per cell at 20 degrees/C.
Weston cell was devised in 1893 and accepted as primary voltage standard since 1911. Still today it is sometimes in use to check solid state references. Anyway, due to environmental restrictions for its major components, mercury and cadmium, its use is very limited today.
