A two speed (33⅓, 45 rpm) belt drive turntable fitted with a Transcriptor Microtracer arm and Ortofon VMS20E cartridge. The Microtracer arm is fastened to the glass lid and while a record is playing the platter and deck move along on tracks beneath it, controlled by an optical sensor and servo.
