  • Rectangular rotating coil antenna with slider contacts on top of radio 580mm high x 320mm wide, with 2 coils switched in parallel (broadcast) or series (long wave) depending on wavelength selector.

    The amount of reaction is fixed since the coupling coils cannot move. This has the advantage of reducing the risk of oscillation and the disadvantage that the maximum amplification is not attainable, hence the need of an extra stage to amplify (B3).
