  • 4-Valve with screen grid RF stage and ganged tuning condensers.

    All wave using a set of 8 plug-in coils covering 18 to 525 Metres.

    Aluminium cabinet finished in black. Other colours available to order.

    Believed to be designed & built by Reginald "Jack" Orbell, Radio Ltd's renowned design engineer who brought it with him when he joined Radio Ltd in 1927.

    Orbell used one of these sets when he accompanied Admiral Richard E Byrd on his first Antarctic expedition in 1929.
