Funkgerät R-130: militärisches Kurzwellen - Funkgerät, Frequenzbereich 1,5 - 10,99 MHz (Bereich 1: 1,5 - 1,99 MHz, Bereiche 2-10: x,0 - x,99 MHz), 10 programmierbare Fixfrequenzen, Betriebsart Telephonie Einseitenband mit Restträger (A3A), Einseitenband mit vollem Träger (A3H), Telegraphie CW (A1), F1 (nur Sendebetrieb), Ausgangsleistung 12 - 40 Watt.
Stromversorgung vom 26 V -Fahrzeugbordnetz mittels Stromversorgungsgerät BP-UM26 für den Leistungsverstärker.
Antennen: 4 m Panzer - Stabantenne, alternativ Teleskopmast, Langdraht- oder Dipolantenne, Antennenabstimmgerät WSU-A (für Kraftfahrzeuge) resp. WSU-T (für Einbau in Panzer).

Transceiver R-130: military shortwave transceiver, frequency coverage 1,5 - 10,99 MHz (band 1: 1,5 - 1,99 MHz, band 2 - 10: x,0 - x,99 MHz), ten programmable fixed frequencies, telephony single sideband with full or reduced carrier (A3A, A3H), telegraphy CW (A1), F1 only transmitting mode, output power 12 - 40 Watts.
Powered from 26 V vehicle battery via BP-UM26 power supply unit.
Antennas: 4 m armoured vehicle rod antenna, alternatively telescopic mast or longwire or dipole antenna. Antenna matching unit WSU-A (for vehicles) and WSU-T (for tanks).
The R-123 has been used by the Soviet Army and Armed Forces of several Warsaw Pact countries in ther tanks and command vehicles, it was used as a replacement to the R-104M and R-112.
Tubes: 4× 1p24b, 32× 1j29b, 25× 1j24b, 2× gu-50. R-130M is the never version with similar specifications.
