Questo ricevitore d'epoca a valvole fu prodotto verso la fine degli anni '30 dalla Radio Laetitia, (Soc. Vara di Torino) con la collaborazione della Magnadyne Radio sempre di Torino, il progetto prevedeva la costruzione di una piccola serie di ricevitori di pregio prevalentemente destinati ad istituti religiosi ed opere di culto
