The space for battery in the Vidor Gem is maximum of 155 x 65 x 38 mm
The VT50 is plug and space compatible with T0050 and T6050 listed on service sheet and the Gem cover. It contained four off "D" size Zinc cells wired in series.
Connection type: 3 way or 2 way type B socket, 2 pins 1/8" and 5/32" at 0.375" spacing (about 9.5mm), larger pin is positive.
