- The Westinghouse Model AE-1 "Library of Congress" is a portable AC Operated 3 Tube Mono Amplifier with manual turntable. Has Qty(1) PM 6" speaker. This model is also known as the "Talking Book Reproducer" and has been designed for easy operation by people who are blind. The record speeds are determined by raised positions on the speed indicator escutcheon: one dot -8-1/3 RPM, two dots - 16-2/3 RPM, three dots - 33-1/3 RPM. Record guides permit easy positioning of records over center spindle. A headphone jack is provided for private listening.
