Weston Model 931, is a three range DC voltmeter. The ranges are by way of top terminals for 150, 300, and 750 VDC. A fourth terminal is negative common. Measurement sensitivity is 1000 ohms per volt. Note that Weston used the same model number for different meters. See also the Millivolts D.C. 931. The number following the model number labeled as "No 9816" may be the serial number for this meter.
