  • The Willard "B" storage battery type CBR124 is a twelve cell battery.  Each cell is a cylindrical glass container with a positive and negative plate suspended in a liquid solution.  The individual cells are supported in a wooden crate with metal connectors linking them together in series.  The metal connectors are covered with rubber insulators.

    Given weight is dry, with no liquid in the battery.
