• Spannungsprüfer mit Glimmlampe in Soffittenform und hochohmigen Vorwiderstand, umgangssprachlich auch als Phasenprüfer bezeichnet. Dient dem Nachweis von Spannungen >100 V gegen Erde (Feststellung der Phase gegen Erde, wobei der menschliche Körper als "Erde" dient). Meistens in Form eines Schraubendrehers mit der Glimmlampe im Griff.
  Gibt es auch in zweipoliger Ausführung mit Kabel am hinteren Ende.
