The WRL Globe Champion 300 is an AM/CW/(SSB with external exciter) transmitter with a frequency range of 10 to 80 meters. Power output is 250 Watts AM, 350 Watts CW, and 300 Watts SSB (with external exciter).

12AU7 keyer, 6AU6 VFO, 6CL6 crystal oscillator/VFO buffer, 2E26 buffer, pair AX9909's final amplifier, three 0A2 regulators, 0B2 regulator. Modulator: 6AL5 compression rectifier, 6AU6 microphone amplifier, 12AX7 speech amplifier, 6AQ5 driver, push-pull 809 modulators, pair 5U4G rectifiers. Power Supply: 5U4GB low voltage rectifier, pair 866A high voltage rectifiers.
