• The model 412 was introduced in 1936 and plays 12 different selections on 78 RPM records, playing only the upper side of the record. The Wurlitzer 412 uses a Model 660 Amplifier, which has six tubes (in order): two 30's, three 45's, and a 5Z3 rectifier. It accepts nickles, dimes, and quarters, offering one play per 5 cents. This was the most common of all the 12-select Wurlitzer jukeboxes.
