  • The Zenith Royal 960 has the following features:

    • Portable radio, AM/FM bands, Automatic Gain Control for both bands.
    • FM-AFC Automatic Frequency Control.
    • Built-In Wavemagnet AM antenna and telescoping FM antenna.
    • 4 x 6 inch PM speaker.
    • Only made in Ebony color case (Royal 960Y) of durable Polystyrene.

    After the initial Royal 960 production, Zenith renamed the radio to the Zenith Royal 78 The Adventurer, which is identical except for the label.
